I graduated in 2005 with a BA honours degree in Politics and Sociology.  My first job was in sports management at The European Tour and then I moved to IMG (International Management Group) a global sports management company and worked in both the tennis and golf divisions. Having gone into recovery in 2009, a career change at the end of 2011 brought on the start of my counselling/psychotherapy training.

I trained in London at the School of Psychotherapy and Psychology which is part of Regent’s University London and completed my training at a specialist counselling school in North London called CPPD.  I am a registered member of the BACP.

I worked at Charter Harley Street for over 6 years.  It was the first clinic in London to specialise in private addiction treatment in an outpatient setting and continues to help people with high levels of success.  During my time at Charter I was part of the assessments team, as well as seeing individual clients on a weekly basis.  During the later years of working at Charter I managed and constructed group programmes on codependency and eating disorders.  I worked with a variety of clients which has given me the experience to work with a wide range of problems.
Whilst at Charter I was asked by one of the founding members to join his team of speakers at The McLellan Practice.  They are the leading provider of lifestyle and health presentations to schools all over the United Kingdom.  I have spoken to schools on mental health, addiction and self-esteem related issues.
